... and Laura is happy again
I got a kitty!! I love her more than anything in this world. Urg- she's so damn cute. I don't have a connector for my digital camera, so you'll just have to wait until I get to Walmart to see the pictures. She is a 6 month old, orange tabby with the coolest eyes. They're a deep amber, almost orange, color. We named her Ally (Kat), nickname "Booger" because she has a cold right now and is sneezing boogers all over my house. I never thought a bogey could be so cute. Her and George are coexisting at the moment. At least they aren't spitting and hissing at each other anymore, because that wasn't fun.

Stayed up until midnight Monday night because Jake Gyllenhaal was on Letterman. And I swooned. Merlin's balls, that man is beautiful. But I never stay up that late because I have to get up at 6:50am and go workout. So nevertheless, I did not get up at the crack of dawn to workout. Instead, I slept until 8:10 and was almost late for work. Fantastical. Way to get the week started off with a bang!

We booked our cruise for the summer, so it's officially the only fun thing I get to do all year, because it's costing us an arm, a leg, and one ear to go. It's a five night cruise out of New Orleans that goes to Costa Maya and Cozumel. And it's already paid for (technically) because we are getting $1400 back on our taxes!!! YAY!! Now I have exactly 17 weeks until the cruise to lose some of this excess flab. GOTTA GO.

I wish I was playing Guitar Hero right now...
